I build systemsthat can surprise me.
Generative art, software, writing and independent experiments — all shaped by the same obsession with rules, emergence and form.
Selected works
from ongoing systems.
Generative works from Orbitime and Superboard, presented as part of an evolving computational art practice.
Software, protocols and on-chain experiments built alongside the visual work.
Other systems
I’m building.

Writing about generative systems, visual structure and the engineering behind the work.
Notes on making
systems visible.
Field, Constraint, Emergence
How the current interactive field on compez.art is built from seeded variation, vector fields, layered traces and controlled motion.
Circuits, Orbits, Density
Notes on the visual logic behind Superboard and Orbitime: repetition, topology, circular structure and density as composition.
One practice.
Different outputs.
I move between disciplines without treating them as separate identities. Art, software and writing are different interfaces to the same process: structuring ideas until they start behaving.
Art
Generative systems, computational drawing, geometry, color and digital works.
Software
C++, systems engineering, product architecture, infrastructure and developer tools.
Writing
Technology, systems, art, culture and the ideas that appear between them.
Building
Independent products, protocols and experiments taken from concept to reality.
I’m an artist, software engineer, writer and builder working across computational aesthetics and independent technology.
My visual work is interested in emergent form: what happens when constraints, randomness, repetition and geometry interact. My engineering work is interested in many of the same questions, just expressed through software and systems.
